About WildKind Interiors

WildKind Interiors is a specialist home staging and interior design studio working with property developers, investors and homeowners across the UK. We are based in Leeds.

We do two things, and we do both exceptionally well: we stage properties to sell faster and for more, and we design investment properties, HMOs, serviced accommodation, show homes and aparthotels, to perform at their full commercial potential.

Meet Louise Wynne

An interiors specialist, not just a stylist

Louise founded WildKind Interiors after more than 15 years in the property interior design industry, including a role as Creative Director for a specialist show home interior design company. That depth of experience shapes everything we do.

Most home stagers are stylists. Louise is an interiors specialist with over 20 years’ experience and training in applied colour and design psychology, and that distinction matters. She brings technical design thinking to every staging project: colour used with precision to influence how buyers feel in a space, furniture scaled and placed with intent, light and flow considered rather than guessed at. The result is staging that doesn’t just photograph well; it converts viewings into offers.

Louise leads a small, focused team. Dedicated staging crews handle installations across the UK, supported by in-house admin and marketing. It’s a lean setup by design: Louise stays close to every project, from initial brief through to final styling.

NATIONAL PROPERTY AWARDS 2026

Interior Project Designer of the Year

Industry recognition for Louise and the team

In 2026, WildKind Interiors was named Interior Project Designer of the Year at the National Property Awards. For our clients, the award is recognition from the wider property industry of something they already see in their sales results, which is that a well designed property attracts stronger offers and spends less time on the market.

The award reflects over 20 years of experience Louise Wynne has built in property interiors, including her time as Creative Director for a specialist show home interior design company. She is also trained in applied colour and design psychology, accredited by Karen Haller, so every scheme is planned around how buyers and guests will feel in a space rather than simply how it looks in photographs.

Alongside our CHAS accreditation, the award gives property developers and homeowners another reason to feel confident that their project is in experienced hands. Louise still oversees every project personally, from the first brief through to the final styling, so the standard that earned this award is the standard you can expect on your property.
